Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@zayliofficiel.com and we will provide instructions for the exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the address we provide after contacting us at contact@zayliofficiel.com.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
